Not only are our products in the prototype phase, but each product requires significant computation and human artistic crafting; therefore, products are currently being sold "as-is" and are "final-sale." However, we encourage you to call us if you are dissatisfied.

If you receive a damaged or defective box, please contact our customer support team immediately.

While we do not offer gift cards, we do encourage you to buy the product and provide the email of the final recipient. We will work with the giftee, as PuppyPresent works best as a present!

We will email the recipient. This will include detailed instructions on how to take the best video of your puppy. Additionally, it will include a link where you can upload your content files. Once all videos are uploaded, the recipient will click the final submit button and it will be sent to our artistic experts to begin crafting your product.

Please allow 2 weeks after final submission for processing and shipping.

Making a PuppyPresent requires a significant amount of cutting-edge machine learning taking up to 2 weeks just to process. Afterwards, the final touches are completed by hand. Once all required videos have been submitted, we try to have purchases arrive within 2 weeks, but the process depends on the videos submitted, the amount of human artistic element required, plus shipping. If you have any questions about the status or process, feel free to reach out.

You can submit up to 30-minutes of content. We need at least 10 minutes for the machine learning to work correctly. We may ask you for specific scenes during the filming process. Make sure to view the instructions!
